Frequently asked questions
- Are these accounting tools free to use?
- Yes. Every calculator on this page is free, runs in your browser and requires no signup. Two of the deeper assessments ask for contact details so we can email your results and follow up if you want a review.
- Are the calculations based on current UAE rules?
- They reflect the current UAE framework: 5% VAT with an AED 375,000 mandatory registration threshold, 9% corporate tax above AED 375,000 of taxable income with Small Business Relief up to AED 3 million of revenue, and end-of-service gratuity under Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021.
- Can I rely on these results for a tax filing?
- No. These tools produce estimates for planning and give you a sense of scale. They do not account for zero-rated or exempt supplies, free zone qualifying income, transfer pricing or tax losses. Have an accountant review your position before filing.
